11/9/2007 - Las Vegas High School Tour Nov 15, 2007

PACC's Fall Event will be a fun, informal tour of the historic Las Vegas High School located at 315 S 7th Street. Meet us at the front steps. Parking is available on Bridger and 7th Streets.

TIME: 6:00 PM

The original Las Vegas High School opened September 3, 1930 with 259 students. Constructed in the Art Deco style of the day, the Las Vegas High School was included in the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. We will have an opportunity to view architectural features and tour the inside of the campus. Light refreshments will be served. Event is free. RSVP required to CorinneEscobar@pacc.info.

6/9/2007 - Museum/Local History Fair

Saturday, June 9, 2007, beginning at 9:00 am and running through 2 pm, the Paseo Verde Library will host a museum/local history fair. Over 10 area museums/historical institutions will be represented in the libarary gallery. The event will feature local history speakers, free hors d' vores, and free music.
